The front desk clerk, Aesha (sp?) was so welcoming, pleasant, and accommodating. She actually ready the special requests in my booking and accommodated them. Every time I ran into her, she had a pleasant smile and greeting. The views of the city and the mountains are STUNNING. The exercise facility is the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. It is more of a gym than just an exercise facility. The paid internet is OUTSTANDING and the business center is the best of any hotel. Computers, large conference table, sitting area, etc.

I did not like the breakfast. I have yet to find a breakfast I can eat. My whole family is plant-based, which means we do not eat animal products. Plus, we do not eat packaged, unhealthy foods. Everything out on the breakfast table was either animal based or very unhealthy. I think it would be a huge plus for Sheraton to start the hotel journey and begin to carry healthier meals we can all eat. The plant-based industry is huge and growing. We need some better food. Other than that, we loved the hotel. The pool was the best !!

The room was larger than I expected, very clean, with a nice view over the mountains and lots of amenities. Staff were helpful and quick to accommodate our requests, including flexibility with check-in and accommodating a late check-out. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, and there is onsite covered parking which was great! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is a good in-between distance from Denver and the mountains. Great shopping options within a short distance. Incredible pool and workout facility, great conference areas.

They even were PACKED with a solar seminar but you could not tell. I will always book with them again. 💕
